Management counsel to corporations, financial institutions, and associations which operate within the commercial vehicle and equipment leasing industry.  The consultancy covers a combination of broad-based contemporary management skills and tools, alongside those issues and activities specific to the North American leasing industries.  Also specializes as a facilitator/moderator during group meetings for retainer-based clients.  The overarching focus of the practice pursues diversified business opportunities, increased sales volume, improved profitability, and the achievement of new levels of success for all owners and employees of the client firms, from top to bottom.  The client base is spread across the U.S., and major metropolitan cities in Canada.

SERVICES OFFERED:

• Project-based management consulting services to corporate clients and a uniquely-interactive program for the principals/owners of leasing entities.  Services offered include: portfolio analysis and assessment; advanced transaction structuring; conceptual sales training; personnel evaluations; statistical research and reporting; assistance with marketing and business plans; computerization techniques; buy-sell support; conduit for legal, accounting, and financing resources.

• William C. Thomas, cvle, has spent his entire thirty-five year business career in the commercial/fleet vehicle and equipment leasing industry, working for both small and nationally-sized companies, as well as having been an owner of a Central NY leasing entity for nearly 20 years.  Mr. Thomas gained prominence in the vehicle leasing industry having earned the Certified Vehicle Leasing Executive designation from the National Vehicle Leasing Association, and from having served as the trade association's President, after many years on its national Board of Directors.  Thomas is the only person to have ever received both the Clemens-Pender and Samuel J. Lee Awards for lifetime service and excellence in the vehicle leasing industry.  Thomas is a 1968 graduate of the Syracuse University School of Management, and has been a speaker and instructor at trade association schools and conferences for the past 23 years.
