• Conduct "readiness to sell" audit and help client select appropriate exit strategy



• Format client data re: historical business performance for use in sales program



• Analyze current industry and market trends, and major competitors affecting bottom line



• Identify key factors that drive profitability in client business



• Develop detailed operations and marketing action plans to improve business value



• Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets based on client-provided data



• Valuation of real estate included in the sale of the business

SALES ACTIVITIES

• Produce marketing presentation materials



• Develop and implement marketing plans



• Originate qualified buyers



• Conduct negotiations between the parties resulting in signed purchase contracts



• Assist in due diligence process to closing



• Assist in seller-financing arrangements



• Coordinate activities with attorney, accountant and regulators
